Town Hall Meetings with Legislators
Senator Steve Litzow, and Reps. Judy Clibborn and Marcie Maxwell will host two town hall meetings next Saturday, February 18th. They will talk with citizens about the 2012 legislative session and will have a question and answer period. Send questions in advance to townhall41@leg.wa.gov. Two town hall meetings will be offered that day for convenience:
Morning Town Hall: 10-11:30 a.m. at Hazelwood Elementary, 7100 116th Ave. NE, Newcastle.
Afternoon Town Hall: 1:30-3 p.m. at Mercer Island High School, 9100 SE 42nd St., Mercer Island.

Passport Appointments Available
City staff is available to accept your passport application Monday – Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please call City Hall to set up an appointment. |
Renew Pet Licenses Annually
All dogs and cats living in Newcastle require pet licenses that must
be renewed annually. Regional Animal Services of King County licenses pets for
the City of Newcastle and provides animal control services. Renewal reminders are sent by King County. |
| Door-to-Door Permits: Effective 2/8/12, a fee of $25 per person plus a $10 background check fee have been approved by the City Council. |
