Washington State Small Business Development Center
Provides no-fee, confidential counseling on management topics. Though one-on-one work with business counselors, you can get free business planning, research, merchandising, advertising, purchasing or selling a business, record keeping, taxes and more. Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE)

The Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises

Worksource offers an array of free services to businesses. These include finding qualified applicants, marketing current openings, access to current labor information and resources for working with people with disabilities.
