The maintenance division, led by the Infrastructure Maintenance Manager, serves the city by scheduling and carrying out regular maintenance jobs for the year, addressing requests by citizens, and responding to pressing needs cause by unforeseen or emergency events, such as major storms. Examples of the work the division manages include:

• Street sweeping and pothole repair
• Landscape maintenance of city parks and road medians
• Upkeep and repair of publicly-owned storm water ponds, catch basins, and conveyance systems.
